We aim to become one of the top 5 research centers in the 9th macro-region of the country within the next five years (2023–2028), while establishing the necessary infrastructure to evolve into a comprehensive research institute.
Mission
The Reproductive Health and Population Research Center, affiliated with the Vice-Chancellor for Research and Technology at Gonabad University of Medical Sciences, was established in 2023. Our mission is centered on community-based research in Razavi Khorasan Province, fostering public participation to identify and address reproductive health challenges in collaboration with other sectors. We are committed to conducting regional needs assessments, valuing innovative ideas, promoting internal and inter-sectoral professional collaboration, and supporting researchers. Our ultimate goal is the advancement of science, technology, and community empowerment at both national and international levels to improve reproductive health and population welfare.
